How to Send Mail in Gmail from your Desktop
- Go to https://gmail.com/ to access your Gmail account. You can do so from any browser. This page is located on the top right and click on Gmail.
- Once you do so, you will be redirected to your inbox.
- Click on Compose located at the top left side of the browser.
- A pop up screen will appear at the bottom right of the page.
- Fill in the receiver email address at the section indicated To.
- Click on CC or Bcc if you need to add multiple recepients.
- Add the Subject.
- Click on the blank section on to compose your message.
- Once you have written, you can add attachments to your email. Click on File icon located at the bottom section of the page to do so.
- Once this is done, click on Send option which is highlighted in blue.
How to Send an Email From Gmail Via Mobile
- Click on the Gmail app icon on your device to open it.
- Click on Compose Icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- A new windows will pop up.
- Fill in the email address on the section indicated To. You can CC or BCC anyone else you wish to copy. This option is located on the far right-side of the text box. Fill in the email address you wish to add.
- Fill in the Subject on the text field with the similar name. This subject summarizes the context of the email.
- Tap the Compose Email section to type in your message.
- Click on the File Icon at the top right side of the screen to attach file.
- Click on Send Icon which is a plane-shaped icon at the top-right corner.
