If you are a NaviNet Security Officer you can add new users to NaviNet, including a member of the office staff, a physician or clinician, or anyone else in the office who may benefit from using NaviNet. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your NaviNet account at: https://identity.navinet.net/Account/Login
  2. Go to NaviNet Central,
  3. Click on NaviNet Administration. Note: If you do not see NaviNet Central, click My Account.
  4. Click on NaviNet Administration menu.
  5. Select User Management and then click on Create New Users.
  6. Fill in the applicable information on the User Creation screen.
  7. The new user will receive a username and password (in separate emails) wito their email address.
  8. Select Add User to List.
