How to Delete Xfinity Account. There are several ways you can delete your Xfinity account.

How to remove an Xfinity ID

Removing an Xfinity ID permanently deletes a secondary user’s Xfinity ID. It also removes settings and preferences for that user. When you remove the account, emails, voicemails and other details to the account are also lost. You can print or save any information you want to keep. 

However, if an ID has links to more than one account, it cannot be deleted, It only loses access to the account where it was removed. Any scheduled payments from the ID need to be deleted before removing it. Only the primary user can remove that ID. Follow the steps below to remove the ID.

  1. Sign into https://customer.xfinity.com/ as a primary user or learn how do it here.
  2. Click on the Account Icon and select Account and Identity.
  3. Scroll down to find the user you wish to remove and select their name.
  4. On the bottom of the page, click on Remove from account. This will permanently delete an ID from the account. 
  5. Confirm the action by clicking on Remove

Deleting Personal Information on Xfinity

You can also decide to delete your personal information from your account.

  1. Go to this http://www.xfinity.com/privacy link and click on Privacy Policy.
  2. Choose your state.
  3. Click on the Comcast group that has your information.
  4. Click on Deletion Request and Continue.
  5. Choose Yes if you have an Xfinity ID and Password and click Continue.
  6. Log into your account.

  • Go through the two steps verification and click Next.
  • Click on the details you want to edit and Edit.
  • Next, a screen will display the information that can be delete and what should be retain.
  • Confirm your request by clicking on the box.
  • Click on Request Deletion
  • Click on I’m Sure to confirm the action, you will then receive a confirmation request.
