Steps to Delete Multiple Email from a Folder

To delete emails from an inbox folder one can do the following:

  • Open the folder pane.
  • Click on the arrow in the top left corner.
  • All the folders you have in your inbox will be displayed.
  • One can then choose the folder where one wishes to delete the emails.
  • To delete emails in a single action one can simply right-click on the folder one chooses.
  • Then one can click on the option “Delete All”.

Clear All Items in the Deleted Items Folder

The steps to do so are as follows:

  • Look for the option to Empty Deleted Items.
  • Once you choose to empty this folder you will be permanently deleting the items.

There are steps one can use to do this quickly:

  • One can click on the first email and then hold the Shift key.
  • Holding the ‘Shift’ key one can then choose all the emails they wish to delete.
  • Once all desired emails are selected one can then press the ‘Delete’ key.
