How to Delete a Mailfence Account

  1. Log into your Mailfence account.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on Account then General.
  4. Click on Delete Account

How to Use the Admin Console

Mailfence admin console is available to paying customers. It is found on Go Settings> Administration. It allows admins to create and manage additional users. Follow the steps below to create a user:

Go to the Administration option and click on Add User.

  1. Fill in that user’s details!
  2. Finish and click on Create.
  3. However, you need to top up your wallet before attempting to add a user. 

How to Add Credit to your Master Account

  1. Click on the link add Provision.
  2. Select your preferred payment method. Either credit/debit card or PayPal
  3. Complete the Provision now.

Add Aliases for Users

  1. Choose Administrator or User
  2. Click on Add Alias.
  3. Fill in the email identifier on the left side and on the right set your domain.
  4. You can choose custom or a default Mailfence one. Then Edit aliases and click on the edit blue button.

How to Edit a User

  1. Choose a User
  2. Click on New Password and change their password.
  3. Click on the Disable Account option to edit a User. 

How to Edit Subscription Per User

  1. Choose a user
  2. Select Change Subscription.
  3. Choose one of the plans and click Save
  4. If you are upgrading a user, ensure there is money in your wallet.
