Change Outlook Profile Picture. If you wish to change your profile picture in Outlook, it is easily done. There are ways to change the profile picture on the desktop interface as well as on the mobile app. 

Changing Profile Picture on Desktop Outlook

To do the above, one can follow easy steps:

  • Open ‘Outlook’.
  • Click on ‘File’ and find your ‘Account Information’ section.
  • Click on the ‘Change’ link.
  • For some organizational mail accounts the change link might not show; in that case, one would need to refer to their IT support desk.
  • In case one is using Microsoft 365 one needs to change the picture by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Here one would get the upload photo option.
  • One might be prompted to sign in using the Outlook web app.

Changing on the Outlook App

To do so one can follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Users should open the Outlook mobile app on their device.
  • Tap on the ‘Menu’ icon in the top left-hand corner.
  • Select ‘Settings’.
  • Under the ‘Settings’ menu, one can tap on the account name or email address.
  • Here one will get the option to ‘Change the Picture’.
  • Users get two options, to choose from existing or take photo.
  • Once the photo is chosen one can tap on ‘Save’.
