Athlean-X is one of the top-ranked online training programs. When you sign up for Athlean, you get entry to the members’ area. You’ll find various workout plans here for each day. Do you know who will be your personal trainer? Jeff Cavaliere. He will guide you through all the steps of the exercises in the entire routine/program.
This program will give you an effective meal plan, and most of the workouts will take less than thirty minutes. As you reach the next step, for example, AX2, the training sessions will become a bit longer and more hard. That’s when things get really tough!
The whole program is created for you so you can get better fitness than before. Jeff’s motto is “Train Like an Athlete.” Well, he truly means it. Finish all the AX1 training parts, and then progress to AX2. Once you’ve completed the 2nd one, you can consider Athlean XERO. It’s a unique routine using just your body weight. It’s ideal for those who don’t have any gym equipment or the ones who are too busy to go to the gym daily.
