How to Create a MailFence Account
Follow the steps below to create a MailFence account.
- Go to the official website https://mailfence.com/en/sign_up/ from your browser.
- Fill in your First and Last name.
- Then choose your preferred unique username.
- Create a strong 10-character password incorporating letters, numbers and symbols. Fill in the password again to confirm it and click on Sign Up.
- On the screen that appears, choose a recovery email address.
- Click on Continue.
- You will be required to fill in the activation code sent to the recovery email.
How to Create a User
Once you have your Mailfence account, you can create a user in your domain.
- Follow the steps below to do so.
- Go to your users list and click on Add a User.
- Fill in the last and first name.
- Select a username for them.
- Fill in an email address in one of your domains or on the Mailfence secure email domain. Apart from [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], you can create any email address.
- Fill in a password to communicate with the user.
- Choose a domain. This will depend on your subscription.
