- Find the link stating First Time User.
- Clicking on this will lead to another page where a form opens up.
- Here one is asked to key in their GPID.
- Once the above detail is entered one can press on OK.

The steps to log into one’s employee account are as follows:
- The login form can be found on the following page: https://sso.mypepsico.com/login/.
- Here one needs to key in their username and password.
- Once the login details are entered one can proceed to their account.
Retrieving Account User ID or Password
Those who wish to retrieve their account login details can do the following:
- They need to visit the login page of their employee portal: https://sso.mypepsico.com/login/https://sso.mypepsico.com/login/.
- Here they will find two links: ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Login Help’.
- Clicking on Login Help will lead to another page.
- Here one is asked to update their GPID password for which one can visit the link: http://myidm.mypepsico.com.
- Then one can get back to the login page and click on the option to change the password.
- It opens to another page where the user is prompted to enter the User ID.
- Once they have done so they are led to another page where they can reset the password.
